Caps are a member of the Blob race. Their home planet is Baligu. Caps are a thinking species, and spend most of their time in thought. Caps a known to be exceptional communicators and diplomats, with some of the wisest leaders in Balican history being Caps.

Caps are cap shaped, with legs extending from the bottom face of the cap, and arms extending from either side. Their faces are on the side face of the cap, while the lid of the cap is on their side.
