The Elemental Table

The Elemental Table is a table of all the elements. Elements are not to be confused with Elemental Affinity, as elements refer to chemical elements determined by proton number.

History

For years, Chem Kit mixed hundreds of chemicals in the lab each day, and found that there are a limited number of fundamental chemicals. Chem Kit organized these elements into a table, and was awarded the Elon Chemistry Prize for this effort.

The Magic Academy initially refused to accept the table, since it could not explain how the elemental powers of many creatures existed. After the Science Institute verified the existence of elements with high energy microscopy and particle colliders, the Magic Academy was forced to accept the resolution. Currently, the Magic Academy is researching the elemental nature of Elemental Affinities.
